Lucía Álvarez "La Piñona", Jimena de la Frontera (Cádiz) 1985.
He started dancing at 10 years old in several dance academies in El Campo de Gibraltar, until he moved to Granada when he was 17 years old.
A year later he decided to settle in Seville, where he now resides, to study at the Cristina Heeren Flamenco Art Foundation with masters such as Milagros Mengíbar, Rafael Campallo or Carmen Ledesma among others.
At the same time, it continues to be formed in parallel with several teachers such as Andrés Peña, Eva Yerbabuena, Rubén Olmo or Andrés Marín.
First Prize "Desplante Trophy" in the 51 flamenco dance contest of the Union, Cante de las Minas 2011 and First Prize of the Federation of Flamenco Entities of Seville 2009.
In February 2018 he premiered his show "emovere" at the Flamenco Festival of Jerez de la Frontera.
In May 2018, he premiered the BAILAORAS, EL NUEVO TIEMPO show at Madrid's Fernán Gómez Theater in Madrid as part of the Madrid Flamenco Festival program.
Currently participates in the show TABLAO de Arcángel.
In February 2016, she presented herself as a guest artist in the show "Reversible" by Manuel Liñan at the Villamarta Theater in Jerez as part of the programming of the XX Festival Flamenco de Jerez de la Frontera. With this show he toured most of the most important Flamenco Festivals in Europe such as Flamenco Festival in London, Suma Flamenca in Madrid, Festival Flamenco in Milan, Flamenco Festival in Rome, Flamenco Festival in Nimes, and Sala BBK in Bilbao among others.
In 2018, the performance - Reversible was presented in Moscow at the XVII International Flamenco Festival ¡Viva España!
