First of all, from all the organizing team of the Festival and the House of Flamenco "Flamenquería" in Moscow, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your participation in the Contest. We greatly appreciate your professionalism, discipline and patience, because many of you have to spend hours on the road, facing technical complications, waiting your turn in the hall and behind the scenes…

However, despite many difficult moments when preparing such a large event, we are happy to see our Festival grow, as well as the technical and artistic levels of its participants. Musicians, singers and dancers: thanks to you, the final stage of the Contest has passed from a breath to the spectators and to the jury.

With all our heart we congratulate all the winners and the contestants with special mention. In the complicated choice between the finalists, after long discussions, the members of the jury have distributed the nominations as follows:

1. Nomination to "The best flamenco dance soloist": Nelly Glébova
2. Nomination to "The best flamenco interpretation ": El Tebi
3. Nomination to “The best musical interpretation ": Gleb Okunev
4. Nomination to "Outstanding flamenco performance " (regional award): Anna Fedorova
5. Special mention for two contestants: Carina La Dulce and Svetlana Rudnik

To all the laureates mentioned above, selected by our competent jury, the nonprofit Foundation for the promotion and popularization of the cultural heritage of Spain and the Hispanic countries "Duende", gives material rewards of an amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles. The contestants with special mention are given the certificates for 14 hours of classes with Montse Cortés that can be used during the year 2018.

We hope that the stay at the House of Flamenco "Flamenqueria" in Moscow has been not only pleasant, but also inspiring for new numbers and projects
